Most companies treat social responsibility as a marketing exercise. A campaign here, a donation there, a number on an annual report. CG Investment Holding does it differently. The Chairman made a formal commitment: 5% of the group's annual profits will be set aside every year for people and communities in need. Not when it is convenient. Not in good years only. Every year.
This is not driven by regulation or external pressure. It is a personal conviction from MC Saleem, built on the belief that a business which does not give back is not truly successful. The group has been built on the support of communities, suppliers, and partners across six countries. Returning a portion of what that has generated is the least it can do.
