The factory
An Ajman factory built for bespoke work.
Based in Ajman, the factory employs more than 35 people and manufactures approximately 8,000 boxes per month. Its production capabilities span MDF wood, PU leather, microfibre, velvet, suede, and other fabrics, offering a range of materials for luxury packaging and presentation.
The facility primarily serves the local market, with a particular focus on Arabic jewellers who require bespoke packaging for larger, statement jewellery pieces. From compact, hand-sized presentation boxes to oversized custom formats, each design is built around the dimensions and presentation needs of the product.
Advanced machinery is complemented by skilled craftspeople with more than 10 years of experience, supported by specialist training from manufacturing consultants from China and Southeast Asia. This combination brings technical knowledge and hands-on craftsmanship to every stage of production.
Rapid turnaround is a key strength. The facility has the capacity to deliver up to 1,000 boxes within five days of receiving a brief, subject to design complexity, material availability, and customisation requirements.
Dimensions, materials, interiors, and finishes are agreed from the client’s product and brand requirements before production is scheduled.

Delivery
Finished packaging is released to jewellers and retailers across the UAE — including rapid runs of up to 1,000 boxes within five days when the brief allows.

Husna Saleem leads the group's luxury packaging businesses, CG Group UAE, CG Group Ltd in Hong Kong, and Al Ghataa Manufacturing LLC, and directs Al Ghataa General Trading LLC in the UAE, Chemmatta General Trading LLP in India, CG Logistics in Manjeri, and CG Canal District in Calicut. Under her direction, the packaging businesses have served Malabar Gold's global retail expansion and built relationships with some of the region's most demanding luxury brands. She brings both commercial discipline and an eye for quality to a business where both are essential.
